Changes are not allowed unless it is stated otherwise in the room description. This includes changing the dates of your reservation, adding a guest to the reservation, etc. For this reason, make sure you're all set before making the reservation!
If you have book a room which includes the possibility of making changes, you will be able to make changes to your reservation using the "Manage Reservations" tab up to two weeks before your check-in date. A service fee of $25 applies for any changes during this period.
Beyond this timeframe, it will not be possible to make changes from the tab, but don't worry, our customer service team is here to assist. All changes requested during this period of time will be subject to hotel's availability and are not guaranteed. Keep in mind that a fee of $ applies for changes made through customer service.
