Crewfare Confirmation Code and Hotel Confirmation Number

I received a Crewfare Confirmation Number but I did not receive a Hotel Confirmation Number

Crewfare Confirmation Codes and Hotel Confirmation Numbers are different. 

• Crewfare Confirmation Code is sent to you immediately after completing the transaction. The hotel will NOT have this on file. This code guarantees your order, secures our travel dates and reserves your selected room type at the hotel of your choosing. 
• The Hotel Confirmation Number will be sent to your email prior to your travel date.
• If you check in date is approaching within a couple of days and you still have not received your hotel confirmation, please contact your group organizer or our Concierge team at concierge@crewfare.com.
