I did not receive a confirmation email, what should I do?


Order confirmation emails will be sent to the email address used to place order immediately after booking. 


If you still have not received your Crewfare Confirmation Email, and you have checked your spam folder, please contact your group organizer to request your confirmation, or contact our Concierge team at concierge@crewfare.com to directly request a copy of your confirmation.
